A motor is a piece of apparatus or gadget that assists to create motion. It does the work of an engine and is therefore, referred to as an electrical motor or an internal combustion engine. A motor has many purposes and has several forms.

Electrostatic motor: An electrostatic motor is a kind of electrical motor that is based on the magnetism of electric charge. In different words, it relies on the attraction and repulsion of electric charge.
Servo motor: A servo motor is a kind of electric motor that operates a servo. It’s normally utilised in robotics.
Internal fan-cooled electric motor: As the name tells, an internal fan-cooled electric motor is a type of electric motor that’s cooled by itself with the help of a fan. It’s generally used for motors that have a high energy density.
An electrical motor is a motor that utilises electrical energy for producing mechanical energy with the help of current-carrying conductors and through the interaction of magnetic fields. Large electric motors are mainly used for propulsion of big ships and as pipeline compressors. Clutches are mechanisms that are used for transmitting rotation. They can be disengaged and engaged, as and when required. Metal clutch are especially useful in devices that have 2 shafts that rotate.
One of the shafts is usually driven by a pulley or a motor, and the other shaft drives another piece of apparatus. Clutch help to connect the 2 shafts.
